The parent company of MCI Robotics, Malles Construction was founded by Chandraprakasam in 1980. Over the past four decades, not only has he managed to build a world-class enterprise on the foundation of sturdy values and high standards, but has also expanded his reach to various other industries. The immense success of the conglomerate is a testament to his passion for innovation and his commitment to bringing high quality products and constructions to the world.

MRS.U. Nagamalleswari

As the chairman’s life partner, Nagamalleswari has been a big part of the foundation and expansion of Malles Group. She co-founded Malles Construction and took charge of the finance and accounting division. Thanks to her guidance and insight, the company has grown and prospered over the years. Her hard work, experience and business acumen have helped shape Malles Group into the successful enterprise that it is today.

MR.Harish Chandraprakasam

Harish’s love of machines led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and subsequently, a masters in robotics. He later worked with several leading tech companies to gain hands-on experience in the field before joining Malles Group as the managing director. He aims to combine his passion for robotics and his experience in the field to provide industries with high-quality automation services at affordable prices.

Thilakraj’s background in commerce and management enable him to develop and oversee sales as well as marketing strategies for the company. His exceptional interpersonal skills, customer-centric work ethics and his ability to think strategically have helped build harmonious and mutually-profitable relationships with innumerable clients. Besides managing business relationships, he prioritises the growth and welfare of the members of Malles Group and their customers as well.
