Removing burrs is among the most boring and exhausting production tasks, and disposing of the burrs is another challenge. This process tends to be especially risky in high-accuracy and high-creation producing situations.

However, deburring isn't as simple as setting a section against a moving shaft to dispose of excess material. Applying excessive weight might expel something essential, while not applying enough weight might miss part of the burr, leading to multiplied work and expanded process duration. To remove burrs in a precise manner, versatile innovation must be introduced to the automated deburring process.
